Cancellations & Refunds

Refund Policy:
Once subscribed to the monthly plan and payment is made, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. We recommend users to utilize the service until the end of their paid month.

Cancellation Process:
Users can initiate the cancellation of their subscription at any time by logging into the website, navigating to "My Profile," and selecting the "Subscriptions" section. The plan will remain active until the end of the current paid period and will be automatically canceled thereafter.

Free Trial Availability:
Users have the option to request a free trial directly on the website, subject to availability. The free trial allows users to experience the service before committing to a subscription.

Subscription Termination:
In the event of failed payments, the management reserves the right to terminate the subscription. Users will be notified of any payment issues, and termination will occur if the payment matter is not resolved within a specified timeframe.
